Delivery Partner
Windsor Meats has partnered with Coolcart Deliveries to provide a reliable local delivery service. Coolcart Deliveries complies with the Primary Produce (Food Safety Schemes) (Meat) Regulations 2017 administered by PIRSA, ensuring that all meat products are transported under strict temperature-controlled conditions to maintain quality and safety.
Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made every Thursday between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Orders for Thursday delivery must be placed before 10:00 PM on the preceding Tuesday.

Someone must be home to accept the delivery.

If no one is available, the order will not be left, and a re-delivery fee of $25 may be charged.

Orders over $250: Delivery fee reduced to $4

Handling of Perishable Items

Upon delivery, customers are advised to promptly refrigerate all perishable items to maintain their quality and safety.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed, we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option.

Please note that orders must be accepted by someone and cannot be left unattended.
- Orders that are deemed undeliverable will returned to Windsor Meats, 61 Duthy Street, Malvern SA 5061 and will become the responsibility of the customer to collect.
Delivery Responsibility

Windsor Meats is not responsible for delays in delivery. Late delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of Windsor Meats and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

Customers must ensure that all delivery information is correct at the time of placing an order. Windsor Meats is not responsible for incorrect delivery details.
Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to delivery.

We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the items have left our premises.
