Fritz is South Australia's own smallgood — a mild, finely textured cooked sausage that generations here have grown up on. Ours comes from Schlink Smallgoods, made the traditional way, and it's the genuine article: smooth, gently seasoned, gluten free, and a world away from the supermarket version.

Sliced thin, it's the fritz-and-sauce sandwich every South Australian kid remembers. Sliced thick, it stands up to a hot pan — fry it until the edges catch and serve it alongside eggs. Or take it as a piece and cut it your own way, for dicing through a pasta bake, cubing onto a platter, or packing into school lunches.

Cut to order at our Malvern shop. Choose your weight from 100g to 500g, and tell us whether you'd like it sliced thin, sliced thick, or left whole as a piece.
