PORK Spare Rib 150g

Australian pork spare ribs, cut and sold individually. Ribs reward a long, slow cook — the fat and connective tissue break down over time, leaving the meat tender enough to pull from the bone. Bake covered at 160°C for 2 to 2½ hours, then finish uncovered under a hot grill or on the BBQ with a glaze to caramelise the outside. Excellent with a sticky rib sauce. Gluten free.
