Our delivery fees are based on your order value:

  • $100 — $249.99 → $10 delivery
  • $250 — $349.99 → $4 delivery
  • $350+ → FREE delivery

Yes, a requirement for delivery is that someone must be present to receive the order. This guarantees product freshness and safety.

Can I choose a different delivery day?

Deliveries currently run on Thursday only. Order up to 4 weeks in advance.

Can I add to my order after placing it?

Yes — just contact us before Wednesday 6pm and we’ll do our best to help.

Can you deliver to my workplace?

If your workplace is within our delivery zone, we can deliver it. Please make sure to include clear access instructions at checkout so our driver can deliver your order smoothly.

How is my order kept fresh during delivery?

All orders are prepared fresh on the day of shipment and handled with care in a certified refrigerated meat transport vehicle to ensure quality from our shop to your door.

Do I have to place my order online?

No, should you prefer to place your order over the phone or in-store, we can facilitate that for you.
