BEEF Basil & Tomato Sausages

Lean beef sausages blended with basil and tomato, filled into a thick casing for a substantial, meaty snag. The tomato keeps them juicy through cooking and the basil comes through clearly — a Mediterranean take on a classic beef sausage. Cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly, until browned all over and cooked through. Excellent in a roll with caramelised onion, or with pasta and a tomato sugo. Gluten free.
