BEEF Corned Silverside

Made in house at Windsor Meats using a traditional corning recipe, this Corned Silverside is slow-brined for deep, savoury flavour all the way through. Simmer gently with vegetables and aromatics for about 1½ hours per kilo, until tender. Serve with mashed potato, steamed greens and a generous pour of white sauce. Gluten free. Available in 1kg, 1.5kg and 2kg.
