BEEF Eye Fillet Steak Shaslick

Tender eye fillet threaded onto skewers with capsicum and onion, in a light sweet tandoori marinade — one of our most popular items and a genuine crowd-pleaser on the BBQ.  Because it's eye fillet rather than a cheaper cut, it stays tender and juicy.  Cook over high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, turning continually.
