BEEF Oyster Blade Steak

The Oyster Blade is a flavour-packed cut that rewards slow, gentle cooking. Located in the shoulder, it has a line of connective tissue that softens into silky gelatin when braised, giving slow-cooked dishes a rich, full body. Have it as steak, or let us dice it for you ready for the pot. Brown well, then simmer gently for 2 to 2½ hours until tender. Perfect for hearty casseroles, red wine braises and slow cooker meals.
