BEEF Rump Cap Steak 250g

The Rump Cap — known as Picanha in Brazil — is one of the most flavoursome cuts of beef you can buy. Taken from the top of the rump, it has a generous fat cap that renders beautifully during cooking and bastes the meat for incredible depth of flavour. Cook on a hot BBQ or cast iron pan for 3–4 minutes each side for medium-rare, rest well, then slice against the grain. Gluten free. Prepared fresh daily by our butchers at Windsor Meats Malvern.
