Dry aged for maximum flavour, the T-Bone combines two premium cuts in one — tender eye fillet on one side and full-flavoured sirloin on the other, separated by the bone. One of the most impressive steaks you can put on the BBQ or in a cast iron pan. Cook for 4–5 minutes each side for medium-rare, then rest well before serving. Gluten free.
