BEEF Zucchini Meatballs

Our famous Beef Zucchini Meatballs — the recipe Windsor Meats is known for, and the same mix behind our Beef Sausage Rolls. Lean beef mince with zucchini, carrot, onion, parsley, tomato passata, cheddar and parmesan: the vegetables keep them moist through cooking and get a serve of veg into the kids without argument. Generously sized at around 165g each — a meal in themselves with pasta and passata, or with mash and greens. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes, or flatten them down first and pan-fry over medium heat, turning to brown both sides. Gluten free. Contains dairy. Prepared fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern.
