BEERENBERG Christmas Ham Glaze 305g

This pineapple, mustard, and Christmas spice masterpiece will transform your ham into a mouthwatering delight. Made with pineapple, Dijon mustard, honey and maple syrup, it builds a rich, glossy, caramelised finish as it bakes.

To glaze: Preheat the oven to 140°C (fan-forced). Remove the ham's rind, keeping the fat layer intact, and score it in a diamond pattern without cutting into the meat. Brush the glaze generously over the whole ham, then roast for 45 minutes to 1 hour, basting every 20-30 minutes, until deep golden and glossy. Rest for 20 minutes, then brush with any remaining glaze for a final shiny coat before serving.
