Our premium fillo pastry is made in the traditional way with two basic ingredients – flour and water – which makes it an excellent choice if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to fat-based pastry!

It’s perfect for layered sweet or savoury recipes, and you can control the fat content by using butter or oil (we prefer butter, as it tastes so much better!) and deciding how much to brush between the crisp, flaky layers of fillo goodness.
