Free range chicken Maryland fillet rolled around spinach, fetta and ham with a lemon pepper seasoning. A restaurant-style dish with none of the work — it slices into a neat spiral that looks far more impressive than the effort involved. Roast at 180°C for 35–40 minutes until cooked through and the juices run clear. Contains dairy and gluten. A gluten free version is available, made without the lemon pepper seasoning.
