FREE RANGE CHICKEN Kyiv

Free range chicken breast with the first wing joint attached, stuffed with garlic butter and coated in a Southern-style crumb. The classic done properly — the butter melts into a sauce inside the chicken as it bakes. Cook at 180°C for 35–40 minutes until the crumb is golden and the chicken is cooked through; rest briefly before serving so the butter doesn't escape. Contains dairy and gluten. A gluten free crumb is also available. Prepared fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern. Sold individually.
