FREE RANGE CHICKEN Meatballs

Lean free range chicken mince with carrot, onion and parsley, bound with cheddar and Beerenberg's Taka Tala sauce. A South African inspired spiced fruit sauce, Taka Tala brings a gentle sweetness and warmth you won't find in an ordinary meatball — and it's available on its own in our pantry range. Generously sized at around 165g each. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes, or flatten them down first and pan-fry over medium heat, turning to brown both sides. Gluten free. Contains dairy.
