LAMB Backstrap 320g

The most tender cut of lamb — a long, lean loin muscle with minimal fat and a delicate flavour. It cooks quickly in a hot pan or on the BBQ: 3–4 minutes each side, then rested for five minutes and sliced across the grain. Best served medium-rare to preserve its tenderness. Available plain or in our Rosemary & Mint marinade. Gluten free. Prepared fresh daily by our butchers at Windsor Meats Malvern. Sold individually at approximately 320g.
