LAMB Chump Chops

Cut from the rump of the lamb, Chump Chops are a meatier chop with good fat marbling that keeps them juicy on the BBQ or in the pan. Full of flavour and excellent value, they're just as happy in a hearty casserole as they are straight off the grill. Available plain or in our Rosemary & Mint marinade. Cook over high heat for 3–4 minutes each side, then rest briefly. Gluten free. Prepared fresh daily by our butchers at Windsor Meats Malvern. Available in 500g (approx. 3 chops) and 1kg (approx. 5–6 chops).
