PORK Chop 300g

A bone-in pork chop cut at 300g from quality Australian pork. The bone keeps the meat moist as it cooks and adds depth you don't get from a boneless cut, while the fat along the edge crisps beautifully in a hot pan. Cook over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side, then rest before serving. Excellent with apple sauce or a wholegrain mustard. Gluten free. Prepared fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern.
