PORK Fillet Schnitzel

Tender pork fillet, flattened and coated in a fresh parsley crumb for a light, golden schnitzel that cooks quickly and crisps beautifully. Choose the parsley crumb or a gluten free crumb; the parsley crumb contains gluten. Pan-fry in a little butter and oil over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes each side until golden and cooked through. Prepared fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern. Available in 500g and 1kg.
