PORK Pulled Pork Pillows

Slow cooked pulled pork in a BBQ sauce with shredded red cabbage, carrot and apple, wrapped in golden puff pastry. The slaw through the filling cuts the richness of the pork, with the apple bringing a touch of sweetness against the BBQ sauce. Sold raw, ready to bake: cook at 200°C for 25–30 minutes until the pastry is puffed and deep golden. Contains gluten. Made fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern. Sold individually.
