PORK & Veal English Sausages

A classic English-style sausage made fresh in-store from a blend of pork and veal, seasoned to a traditional recipe and encased in a thick casing. The veal lightens the mix without sacrificing flavour — excellent pan-fried, grilled or cooked low and slow in a casserole. Cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly, until browned all over and cooked through. Gluten free. Prepared fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern.
