LAMB Boneless Shoulder

A shoulder of lamb boned and rolled — all the richness of the shoulder, with none of the work at carving time. The rolled shape cooks evenly and slices cleanly, which makes it the easier option when you're feeding a table. Roast covered at 160°C for 3 to 4 hours, until meltingly tender. Shoulders vary in size, so ask us for a cooking time matched to the weight you've chosen. Choose plain, or one of our marinades — Rosemary & Mint, Rosemary & Garlic, Lemon Garlic & Oregano, Yiros or Tandoori, all gluten free.
