BEEF Eye Fillet Wellington

Diced eye fillet in a rich stroganoff sauce, wrapped in puff pastry and sized as an individual serve. Eye fillet is the most tender cut available, and the stroganoff sauce keeps it succulent through baking. Sold raw, ready to bake: cook at 200°C for 30–35 minutes until the pastry is deep golden.
