BEEF Round Steak Stir Fry Strips

Lean Round Steak sliced into thin strips for quick, high-heat cooking. Ready to go straight from the pack into a hot wok or frying pan, these stir fry strips make a fast weeknight meal a genuine pleasure. Cook hot and fast for 3–4 minutes, moving constantly to caramelise and avoid stewing. Toss with honey soy, black bean or chilli garlic sauce and serve over rice or noodles. Gluten free.
