BEEF Round Steak Diced

Lean diced Round Steak, trimmed and cut ready for the pot. A leaner choice than our Chuck Steak for casseroles and curries, it develops good flavour with a moderate cook time — ideal when you want a satisfying beef dish without an all-day simmer. Brown the pieces well, then simmer gently for 1 to 1½ hours until tender. Works well in red wine braises, beef and vegetable casseroles and slow cooker curries. Gluten free. The same cut is also available as Stir Fry Strips. Prepared fresh daily by our butchers at Windsor Meats Malvern. Available in 500g and 1kg.
