BEEF Sirloin Roast

A generous roasting cut taken from the sirloin — also known as porterhouse — with a wonderful combination of tenderness and deep, savoury flavour. Sear it first to develop a rich crust, then roast at 180°C for about 30 minutes per kilo for medium-rare, and rest before carving. Roasts vary in size, so ask us for a cooking time matched to the weight you've chosen. Gluten free. Also available as an individual Sirloin Steak.
