BEEF Sirloin Steak 300g

A firm favourite among beef lovers, the Sirloin — also known as Porterhouse — offers a fantastic balance of tenderness and flavour. It has a thin fat cap that crisps beautifully when cooked, adding extra richness to every bite. At 300g it's a satisfying steak for the BBQ or a hot cast iron pan: cook for 3–4 minutes each side for medium-rare to medium, then rest before serving. Gluten free.
