Free range chicken breast, sliced thin and crumbed fresh in-store. Choose from a plain breadcrumb, a Three Cheese crumb for something richer, or a gluten free crumb. Pan-fry in a little butter and oil over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. The plain and Three Cheese crumbs contain gluten, and the Three Cheese crumb also contains dairy. The gluten free crumb is its own option — Three Cheese is not available gluten free.
