Free range chicken thigh, flattened and coated in a Southern Style crumb for a flavourful, juicy schnitzel with a satisfying crunch. The natural richness of thigh meat makes for a more flavourful schnitzel than our Breast Schnitzel, and it's more forgiving if you overcook it. Choose the Southern Style crumb or a gluten free crumb; the Southern Style crumb contains gluten. Pan-fry in a little oil over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes each side until golden and cooked through. Prepared fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern. Available in 500g and 1kg. $28.00 per Kg
