FREE RANGE CHICKEN Breast with Avocado & Ham Stuffing

Free range chicken breast filled with avocado cream cheese, ham, parsley and spring onion, then crumbed and ready for the oven. The cream cheese keeps the breast moist as it roasts while the ham adds a savoury depth — a richer, more substantial filling than the others in the range. Roast at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until cooked through and the juices run clear. Contains dairy and gluten. A gluten free crumb is available. Prefer a different filling?
