FREE RANGE CHICKEN Breast with Ricotta & Coriander Stuffing

Free range chicken breast filled with ricotta, coriander and lemon pepper, then coated in a parsley crumb and ready for the oven. The ricotta keeps the breast moist as it roasts, and the coriander and lemon pepper lift it — fresher and lighter than a traditional stuffing. Roast at 180°C for 30–35 minutes until cooked through and the juices run clear. Contains dairy and gluten — the stuffing itself contains gluten, so this one isn't available with a gluten free crumb.
