Free range chicken tenderloin, crumbed fresh in-store — the tenderloin is the small strip beneath the breast, and the most tender part of the bird. Quick to cook and an easy win with kids. Choose the Three Cheese crumb for something richer, or a plain or gluten free crumb. Pan-fry in a little butter and oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes each side until golden and cooked through, or bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes. Three Cheese crumb contains gluten and dairy; plain crumb contains gluten; the gluten free crumb contains neither. For a smaller, bite-sized version, try our Chicken Nuggets.
