LAMB Crumbed French Lamb Cutlets

Frenched lamb cutlets, trimmed and crumbed fresh in-store — all the elegance of a cutlet with a golden, crunchy coating. Tender, quick to cook and easy to eat by hand, they work as well for a dinner party starter as they do for a family favourite. Choose the BBQ Corn crumb for a savoury, slightly smoky finish, or a gluten free crumb. Best pan-fried in a little butter and oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes each side until deep golden, or roasted at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
