LAMB Kofta Meatballs

Lean lamb mince with Middle-Eastern herbs and spices, fresh coriander and fetta — the same spiced mix behind our Lamb Kofta Sticks, rolled as generous meatballs instead. Generously sized at around 165g each. Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes, or flatten them down first and pan-fry over medium heat, turning to brown both sides. Excellent with flatbread and tzatziki, or in a tomato sauce with rice. Gluten free. Contains dairy. Prepared fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern.
