LAMB Kofta Sticks

Lean lamb mince blended with Middle-Eastern spices, fresh coriander and fetta, then rolled in a light herb, sweet chilli and garlic marinade. Aromatic, generously spiced and ready for the BBQ, pan or oven — cook over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, turning regularly, until browned and cooked through. Excellent with flatbread and tzatziki.
