LAMB Rack 700g

An individual Rack of Lamb — approximately 8 chops — is one of the most impressive things you can put on a table. Perfect for a dinner party main or a special weekend roast. For a classic preparation, press a herb, garlic and Dijon crust onto the rack before roasting. Roast at 180°C for 30–35 minutes, then rest for 10 minutes before carving between the bones — the crust turns golden while the inside stays rosy pink and succulent.
