PORK & Fennel Sausages

Pork sausages made with fresh fennel, in the Italian style — bright, aromatic and a favourite with anyone who loves fennel. It's the same mix we use to stuff our Pork & Fennel Steak. Cook over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning regularly, until browned all over and cooked through. Excellent with lentils, in a ragù, or on the BBQ for a traditional sausage in bread. Gluten free. Prepared fresh daily at Windsor Meats Malvern. Available in 500g (approx. 5) and 1kg (approx. 10). $26.00 per Kg
