PORK & Fennel Steak 350g

A pork steak filled with our Pork & Fennel Sausage stuffing and coated in a panko crumb — moisture infused, so it stays juicy right through. Ready for the oven or the pan with nothing to add. Pan-fry over medium heat for 4–5 minutes each side until the crumb is golden and the pork is cooked through, or bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes. Contains gluten.
