VEAL Cutlets

True milk-fed veal cutlets, sliced thin as delicate escalopes. Their fine texture and mild, refined flavour make them ideal for quick cooking — pan-fry briefly in butter for a classic Scallopini. Cook over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes each side; sliced this thin they need very little time. Gluten free. If you'd rather they came already crumbed, try our Veal Schnitzel. Prepared fresh daily by our butchers at Windsor Meats Malvern. Available in 200g, 250g, 500g, 750g and 1kg.
