True milk-fed veal cutlets, sliced thin as delicate escalopes. Their fine texture and mild, refined flavour make them ideal for quick cooking — pan-fry briefly in butter for a classic Scallopini. Cook over medium-high heat for 1–2 minutes each side; sliced this thin they need very little time. Gluten free. If you'd rather they came already crumbed, try our Veal Schnitzel.
