Premium Scotch Fillet aged and sliced extra thin for the ultimate steak sandwich. The marbling means it stays juicy and flavourful even at a thin cut — sear it fast in a very hot pan, about a minute each side, and pile onto crusty bread with caramelised onion, rocket and your sauce of choice.
