BEEF Scotch Fillet Steak 300g

Aged for flavour and cut generously at 300g, the Scotch Fillet is the go-to choice for those who want a steak with bold taste and satisfying richness. Well-marbled for exceptional juiciness, it performs beautifully on the BBQ or in a hot pan. Cook for 3–4 minutes each side for medium-rare to medium, then rest before serving. Gluten free.
